A. Principles

Your trust is important to us as a provider of corporate services. We therefore take the protection of your personal data very seriously and adhere to the rules of data protection, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR] and the German Federal Data Protection Law [BDSG].

Handling of Personal Data

In the following we would like to inform you about our handling of personal data when using this website.

I. Use of the website

1. Accessing the website

3. Website Analysis


We use leadlab, a web analysis service from wiredminds GmbH, Lindenspürstraße 32, 70176 Stuttgart (“wiredminds”) on our website.

Products and services of wiredminds ( are used on this website for marketing and optimization purposes. Data is collected, processed and stored from which user profiles are created under a pseudonym. Where possible and reasonable, the user profiles are made completely anonymous. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the visitor’s Internet browser and serve to recognize the Internet browser. The collected data, which may also contain personal data, is transmitted to wiredminds or collected directly by wiredminds. wiredminds may use information left behind by visits to the websites to create anonymous user profiles. The data obtained in this way will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website without the separately given consent of the data subject and will not be combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym. If IP addresses are collected, they will be made anonymous immediately after collection by deleting the last number block.

You also have the possibility to use a callback service. In this case you can enter your name and telephone number.

We collect, process and use the information provided by you via contact forms exclusively for the processing of your specific request.


5. Use of Newsletters

On the website you have the possibility of subscribing to a newsletter. For sending a newsletter, we collect and use, on the basis of your prior consent, the e-mail address you provided when registering (Art. 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation).

To personalize the newsletter you also have the option of voluntarily providing us with the following additional information when registering:

- form of address

We use the double opt-in procedure to subscribe to the newsletter. After registering on the website, we will send you a message to the e-mail address you have provided, asking you to confirm your registration. If you do not confirm your registration, then your registration will be automatically deleted. We log your respective registration and confirmation to prevent misuse of your personal data. We store the IP addresses used for your registration, the time of your registration and confirmation and our registration notifications as well as the text of your registration and confirmation.

You can revoke your consent to receiving the newsletter at any time with effect for the future. You can declare your revocation by confirming the link provided for this in each newsletter.


6. Use of Publications

You can download numerous publications from the website. In this case no further personal data beyond accessing the website (see above) will be collected or requested.


7. User surveys

Participation in occasional user surveys conducted on our website is voluntary. We use function-related cookies to conduct the user surveys. The technical information collected in the user survey corresponds to that collected when the website is accessed (see above). Your answers within the user survey will not be linked to your personal data, such as your IP address.
